My family has been using Geneva Family Dentistry since 2013-shortly after Dr. Markham opened the practice. There have been several times that we have had dental emergencies. Each time, we were made a priority, and our needs were addressed. Dr. Markham and his staff members have stayed late and even met us at the office and n the weekend to take care of dental emergencies! Our youngest daughter has required a tremendous amount of dental work! Dr. Markham and Dr. Rowell, as well as all of their staff members, have treated her with patience and kindness through every procedure! They have prayed for her, and that means the world to us!! We could not ask for better dentists, hygienists, dental assistants, or front office staff!! LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Geneva Family Dentistry!!! ❤️🦷🪥

The staff here are so friendly and helpful from the front desk to the hygienist, dental assistants and doctors. I have never had any issues here. They make you feel welcome and comfortable.

Best dentistry office I have ever used! Both doctors and ALL staff you encounter are friendly and so helpful. The costs are better than everywhere else I have been to, too. I switched to Geneva Family Dentistry after I chipped one of my two front teeth. On a Friday morning, I called the dentist I had been seeing for 30+ years and told them about my chipped tooth and was told to go to Lowe's and get a file and just file the (jagged) chipped tooth until they could "work me in" sometime the following week. I took to Facebook to ask my friends for dental recommendations and the response was overwhelmingly "Geneva Family Dentistry". I called and explained my situation and the lady I spoke with said "Mrs. Donna, you come on in. We will have to work you in, but we will get you taken care of before we leave today." THAT is how you earn customer loyalty and they certainly earned mine that day. 🙌🦷❤️
